One of the largest residential community to be built in Baltimore County started out with a family being willed ten acres as a thank you to a nephew and his wife for caring for him in his final years.  Beginning with the original ten acres we were able to assemble all of the adjacent parcels, thirteen in total totally 120-acres.  We marketed this assemblage regionally to nation homebuilders and land developers and secured an aggressive offer from a region development firm who purchase the property for a development consisting of nearly 800 apartments, a nursing home, townhomes, single-family detached homes and a 20-acre community parks
