A grandson received a huge gift when he was willed the 88-acre family farm. We marketed the farm, now a prime development site to every developer and builder in the region. Needless to say, with an $18 million windfall, he was happy with our services. Today Shipley’s Homestead, the name an nod to his grandfather’s farm, is home to several hundred homes, a future retail center and apartment complex.
