Bell Family Land Now Kingsview Phase II

We sold a 600-acre tract for the Bell family–one of the largest land owners in Prince George’s and Charles counties–to a regional developer who has now developed the project into Kingsview Phase II. The assemblage of land was challenging, as it had no water, no sewer, no roads and little possibility of school service in the near-term. The sellers had a number in mind, and because we knew the perfect potential buyer for the property, we were able to meet their expectations and satisfy both parties.
