Perry Hall Greenhouse

We represented our sister company, Hamilton Communities, after they purchased a +/- 4-acre former commercial greenhouse at auction. The property was the neighborhood eyesore, covered in trash and weeds, several buildings that dotted the site had been boarded up for decades, with their rooves collapsed, and graffiti tagged across much of the façade.  The real problem  was revealed once the building inspector showed up just days after the property was acquired. The 90’ smoke stack the on the property’s border which not structurally sound and posed a significant risk of collapse to the adjacent houses.  We supervised the removal of the smoke stack, all of the greenhouses, a substantial amount of trash and debris from the site as well as five truckloads of contaminated soil. 

Once we completed the site clean-up, this once neighborhood eyesore was transformed into a neighborhood community garden.
