Sale of the 125 Acre Miklasz Assemblage to Toll Brothers Homes

KLNB Land is proud to announce the sale of the 125 acre Miklasz assemblage to Toll Brothers Homes for the development of a mixed use residential community of 252 lots. Locate in Severn, Anne Arundel County, Maryland the tract is adjacent to the county’s largest employer Ft. Meade/NSA. It is expected that the development to be named St. Francis Preserves will break ground in the autumn of 2012, with home sales beginning in the spring of 2013. Stephen J. Ferrandi, Director of Residential Land Brokerage with KLNB was responsible for guiding the project through the PUD approval process beginning in 2007 and undertaking the subdivision of the property in 2009 until placing the property under contract with Toll Brothers Homes. Up until this sale, the Miklasz tract represented the largest parcel of developable land in the county’s growth area not owned by a developer or home builder.
